- Business meeting and training of people in charge to foster safety awareness
Inspection outbound national flag carriers(flag state control)
PurposeWe aim to strengthen the safety management of national flag carriers so as to reduce the rate of embargos in foreign ports and raise national status with respect to maritime safety.

Inspection method
Carried out according to PSC procedures(IMO Res.A.1052)
Measures- Investigation on whether an inspection for a ship with defects was properly conducted
- Giving orders to correct defects and take administrative actions against a violation of law
- Taking firm action against unfaithful shipping companies that do not correct defects
