  • a) When a non-government organization uses a government facility by port construction by non-port administration free of charge, the annual usage fee will be 50/1000of the total project cost calculated in accordance with the enforcement ordinance of the Harbor Act, Article 19. However, a silo which is subject to a developing port’s exclusive feeis excluded. In this case, site occupation and usage fees should be separately paid according to the enforcement ordinance of the National Property Act, Article 29.
  • b) When paying for a facility after using it for free: The usage fee is calculated according to Article 8, Paragraph3
